7x03 The Sixth Extinction

Scully continues to probe the spaceship off the Ivory Coast of Africa.  Skinner enlists the help of Kritschgau in an attempt to get to the bottom of Mulder's madness while avoiding the suspicions of Diana Fowley.

7x04 The Sixth Extinction II: Amor Fati

Scully continues to try to find a cure for Mulder's illness as the CSM ups the emotional ante with surprising revelations, dire promises, and a genetic transplant procedure that will make the promise of world domination a reality.

Dates are speculative.  Mulder celebrates Yankee World Series victory (first one of the season occurred in the last week of September).  Albert Hosteen is in a coma for two weeks which indicates the events of this story-arch take place around that period.

Henry Weems is the luckiest man in the world.  But as Mulder and Scully investigate his near-death experience, they discover that Henry's attempts to do a good deed may result in his luck running out.

Mulder and Scully enlist the aid of Frank Black to help prevent members of the Millennium Group from attaining an Armageddon New Year.

The return of Frank Black from Chris Carter's Millennium.  Frank and Jordan Black return again in the graphic novel Millennium. Mulder and Scully's first real romantic kiss tales place on the eve of the year 2000.

Season 7: Episode 22

7x22 Requiem

Mulder and Scully return to the place where it all began to investigate the collision between an American plane and a UFO.  Their quest leads to the sudden disappearance of Mulder and Scully's discovery that the inexplicable truth may lie inside her.

Scully reveals her pregnancy to Skinner. Mulder is abducted. Dating is difficult due to several discrepancies in Season 8. According to Doggett's findings, car rental receipts on Mulder's Visa reveal he traveled to the same place four consecutive weekends in May. This would indicate he was abducted between the 29th and 31st of May, as per Doggett who in 8x11: "The Gift" says Mulder was abducted in May. See Season 8 for more details.
